What's your background in design and real estate?

With over 20 years of expertise in the industry, I have honed my craft to perfection, creating stunning spaces that surpass clients' expectations. I have a comprehensive background in interior design, flipping homes, owning income property, and staging; I have successfully transformed numerous spaces into remarkable havens, breathing new life into homes, offices, and commercial establishments.

 

My passion for reinventing spaces started with my mother at a young age and was nurtured by my grandmother, a seasoned luxury interior designer in New York and Florida.

 

What does the phrase "elevated affordable housing" mean to you?

Elevated affordable housing means creating visually stunning, functional, and sustainable spaces that empower homeowners, reinvigorate communities, and inspire a sense of pride and ownership.

 

I believe affordable housing doesn't have to be dull or lacking style. My philosophy revolves around the idea that affordable spaces can be visually appealing, functional, and inspiring. These types of projects are an opportunity to revitalize communities and empower homeowners.

 

What can renters and homeowners expect from your designs in the units provided by FOBT?

They can expect clean, timeless, fun, and functional designs that create a sense of pride. I understand that transforming affordable spaces into remarkable havens can uplift the spirits of homeowners and the collective community. I also believe in sustainability and practicality in affordable housing design. I aim to maximize available resources and incorporate elements that promote functionality and efficiency. Focusing on long-lasting solutions will ensure that my designs stand the test of time and provide lasting benefits for homeowners.
